Who we are

The Nail Room Wellingborough is a home nail studio run by Tracey at 4 Spindleberry Avenue, Wellingborough, NN8 1GQ. Tracey is responsible for the personal information described on this page. You can reach us by phone on 07811 162080 or on WhatsApp.

Booking and messages

When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see your phone number, your name if it shows on your account, and whatever you tell us. We use this to arrange and manage your appointment and to answer your questions. We do not add you to a mailing list.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages sent through it are handled under their terms and privacy policy. We keep appointment details only for as long as we need them to look after your nails and run the business.

Cookies and website statistics

If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read and which buttons are pressed, such as Book now. This helps us improve the website. The information is not used to identify you and we do not use it for advertising.

If you choose Decline, the statistics cookies are not stored. The website works the same either way. We remember your choice on your device so we do not keep asking.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Where the website is hosted

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, it processes technical information such as your IP address when your browser asks for a page, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we will help.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
